PharmaCity

Gate-side pharmacy option in T2

This is PharmaCity in Terminal T2, airside after security at Zvartnots International Airport. It functions as a compact pharmacy and health shop, useful if you forgot basic meds or toiletries before your flight. Expect standard Armenian high-street pricing rather than duty free deals; think regular city pharmacy prices, not airport markups on everything.

PharmaCity opens early with the first morning departures in T2 and usually trades through the late-night bank of flights, roughly 06:00–02:00 depending on the schedule that day. It sits in the main departures area, a short walk from most T2 gates, so you can swing by after passport control without adding more than five minutes to your route.

Stock runs from painkillers and cold remedies to basic first-aid items, plus travel-size hygiene products and a small shelf of baby supplies. You’ll also see standard cosmetics and personal care brands you’d find in Yerevan city pharmacies. Packaged items are clearly price-tagged in AMD, and most purchases clear quickly at a single counter with card and cash both accepted.

Don’t expect prescription filling here; this feels more like an over-the-counter and travel-essentials stop than a full clinical pharmacy. Staff generally speak Armenian and enough English or Russian to handle simple questions about headache tablets or motion-sickness pills. If you’re tight on time, snap a photo of the product you need in your phone beforehand and show it at the counter.

Tip: Stop at PharmaCity in T2 before heading to your gate if you need last-minute painkillers, bandages, or travel-size toiletries, since options shrink once you move deeper into the boarding areas.
