In Dubai International Airport’s T3, Olive and Fig sits airside as one of the few non-chain options in Emirates country. If your boarding pass says Terminal 3 and you want a sit-down meal instead of grabbing something from a kiosk, this is one of the names you’ll see on the concourse signs.

Terminal 3 at DXB runs 24/7 with Emirates traffic, so Olive and Fig typically tracks the same round-the-clock passenger flow. Expect standard airport pricing for T3: mains land above what you’d pay in the city, and soft drinks often sit near AED 10–15. Build in time; even in the middle of the night, DXB can feel like noon elsewhere.

Menu details aren’t posted at airport level, but the branding points to Mediterranean-leaning café food: think salads, sandwiches, maybe some olive-oil-heavy plates, rather than burgers and fries. In T3 you’re surrounded by global chains, so Olive and Fig reads as the “slightly fresher” option when your last real meal was 7 hours and one time zone ago.

Because this is Terminal 3, you’ll mostly see Emirates and flydubai passengers at the tables, often with carry-ons parked beside them. That matters if you’re on an Emirates long-haul: you might be balancing a 14-hour DXB–LAX or DXB–SYD flight and just want something lighter than a full hot meal before boarding.

Practical tip: T3 is long, and walking from one end of the concourse to the other can easily take 15–20 minutes, so check your gate number before you sit down at Olive and Fig and set an alarm for boarding; gates at DXB sometimes change within 30–40 minutes of departure.
