DUB T1 regulars spot DUB Rewards right after central security

About a minute’s walk from Dublin Airport T1 security, DUB Rewards is the loyalty desk and kiosk for the airport’s own rewards scheme. It sits landside-facing the main T1 departures concourse, close to check-in Zone 2, and focuses on sign-ups, points queries, and promo info rather than retail. Think of it as HQ for discounts across other DUB shops and food spots, not somewhere you linger.

The DUB Rewards programme often runs promos tied to specific dates, like extra points on duty free in July or bonus parking points in December, all linked to flights departing from T1 and T2. Staff there can confirm which outlets in T1 arrivals and departures currently give rewards credit, and which don’t. If you’re flying Aer Lingus out of T2 but check in early at T1, it’s still worth swinging by to register your boarding pass details.

There’s no standard “menu” or pricing board, but the desk explains how points convert into airport vouchers, usually in €5 blocks. They’ll also walk you through how online parking bookings from 1 to 30 days earn rewards, provided you register before or immediately after your trip. If you already hold a digital card in the DUB app, they can check that it scanned correctly on your last few transactions.

Expect short waits outside the early-morning bank: 05:00–07:00 sees queues from T1 commuters heading for 06:00–07:30 flights to London and Europe. Staff typically work standard airport hours matching the main T1 departures wave, roughly 04:00–22:00, though exact times flex with season. Tip: take 3–4 minutes here on your outbound; it’s usually the only chance to fix account issues before you start spending in departures.
