Click & Collect

T1

T1’s Click & Collect counter saves you time in departures

In Dublin Airport T1, Click & Collect sits in the departures area as the pickup point for pre-ordered duty free shopping. You order online through The Loop before you fly, then collect and pay here on the day. It’s airside, so you need to clear security first before you can use it.

Because Click & Collect works off advance orders, you’ll see the usual T1 duty free range: alcohol, skincare, makeup, perfume, and some confectionery, all at airport pricing. The key difference is that your specific bottles or shades are held for you, so you’re not gambling on stock when T1 is busy at morning bank times around 06:00–09:00.

There’s no extra fee to use Click & Collect, and you typically need to place your order at least 12 hours before your T1 departure time. Payment happens at the counter in euros, and some items line up with “up to 40% off” high-street cosmetic pricing, depending on brand promos running in the main Loop store that day.

Click & Collect in T1 works best if you already know which whisky, skincare set, or fragrance you want and don’t feel like walking all of The Loop’s floor space on the way to a gate in the low 100s or 200s. Build a small buffer: aim to stop by this counter at least 20–30 minutes before boarding, so you’re not stuck in a queue with your name on the final call screen.
