Rates run $2 per hour, capped at $21 per day, which slots this between the cheaper economy lots and the pricier Hourly Garage. For anything more than a few hours, Garage Daily usually beats the Hourly Garage on cost while still giving you that short walk to check-in and security. Figure a long weekend Friday–Monday at around $63, versus pushing $80+ if you sat in the Hourly Garage the whole time.

Regular DSM flyers talk about using Garage Daily in winter specifically to avoid scraping ice and snow at 11 p.m. after a delay, then switching back to the cheaper economy lots once April hits. That $21 daily cap feels like a fair trade for two or three cold nights, but it adds up quickly once you cross a week-long trip. For a five-day work trip in January, most locals bite the bullet and park here; for a 10-day July vacation, they push out to economy instead.

Practical tip: Aim for the lower levels first; if elevator-adjacent spaces are gone, park a bit farther from the cores, note the level number, and still count on a sub-5-minute walk to the terminal doors.
