Terminal E’s Panda Express and Bar feeds you fast

Panda Express and Bar sits in Terminal E at DFW, so it works well if your boarding pass shows an E-gate and you don’t want to ride the Skylink train. It’s post-security, so this is a stop after TSA, not before. Expect the usual orange chicken and chow mein setup, plus a full bar instead of just a soda fountain.

Because it’s standard Panda Express, pricing runs in the typical airport range: think around $10–$15 for a two- or three-item combo, with bar drinks extra. The combo-line format moves quicker than a full-service restaurant, which helps if your connection in Terminal E is under 60 minutes but you still want hot food instead of a granola bar from a kiosk.

The Bar side in Terminal E means you can grab a beer, wine, or basic mixed drink along with your kung pao chicken. That matters if your flight out of an E-gate is delayed 30–45 minutes and you need a real seat plus a drink instead of standing at a coffee cart. Seating is limited, so at true peak waves for American departures the stools and tables fill up fast.

You’re getting the standard national-menu lineup here: orange chicken, Beijing beef, broccoli beef, and fried rice or chow mein, all prepped for quick service. If you need a takeaway box to eat at Gate E10 or E20, ask when you pay; it’s much easier than trying to flag someone down once you’ve moved away from the register. Portions usually run big enough that one combo can carry you through a 3–4 hour flight.

Tip: if your flight leaves from another terminal, budget at least 15–20 minutes to walk to Skylink from Terminal E and ride it, so don’t sit down at Panda Express and Bar inside E if boarding for your next leg starts in under 30 minutes.
