Portions tend to match the price tier you see elsewhere in DFW Terminal E.
Terminal E at DFW often draws travelers from older gates like E2–E18, and Drew Pearson's fits that crowd with big-group tables and bar rails angled toward the TV walls. Service pace aligns with typical airport timing: around 10–20 minutes for food after ordering during non-peak hours. If your boarding pass shows "starts boarding" in under 25 minutes, this is a drinks-only stop.
Because this is inside Terminal E security, it's not useful if you're flying out of A, B, C, or D on a short layover; the Skylink hop plus walking can easily chew up 20–30 minutes.
