Shuttle runs from Express South to all DFW terminals A–E
Express South Parking sits on the south side of Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and feeds shuttle buses to terminals A, B, C, D, and E. This is DFW’s economy shuttle option for drivers who want lower daily rates than the terminal garages but still need direct terminal drops. Pay-on-exit machines accept major credit cards, so you don’t lose time at the gate digging for cash.
Shuttles loop through the Express South lot and the terminals throughout the day; typical wait times run about every 7–10 minutes in normal traffic. The ride from the lot to the farthest terminal usually takes around 10–15 minutes, so add 25 minutes total from parking your car to standing at the security line. Service runs 24/7, which helps for early morning flights and late-night arrivals into DFW.
Parking here is uncovered surface parking, so in August 100°F Texas sun your car will sit outside the whole trip. The tradeoff is a lower daily rate than the terminal garages. If you’re flying out of terminal D on a Monday at 06:00, Express South plus the shuttle is often cheaper than a rideshare from many parts of the Metroplex, especially for trips longer than three days.
Shuttle drivers load bags into the luggage racks near the front door and call out each terminal letter as they approach. Stops are marked clearly by terminal letters A through E, so pay attention around your gate’s terminal and hit the blue stop button a minute before. If you land at 23:30, follow terminal signage to “Remote/Economy Parking” pickup zones and look for the Express South bus name on the side.
Tip: Snap a photo of your row number and the nearest pole marker as soon as you park; the lot is large enough that after a 7-day trip it’s easy to lose your car in the grid.
