Marked accessible spaces sit directly next to each DFW terminal
Accessible Parking at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) sits in the closest rows of each terminal garage, usually on the same level as departures near Terminals A, B, C, D, and E. These spots are signed with the blue accessibility symbol and are laid out beside the terminal entrance doors, cutting the walk to check-in down to a few dozen yards instead of crossing multiple lanes of traffic.
You park in the same terminal garages drivers use for standard hourly and daily parking, but the accessible spaces are grouped near elevators and walkways leading straight into the terminal. At Terminals A and C, these sections sit beside the main pedestrian bridges; at Terminals B, D, and E, they’re next to the primary elevator cores that drop you on the ticketing level.
DFW requires a valid disabled parking placard or license plate to use these accessible spaces, and standard terminal garage rates apply: expect regular daily garage pricing, not economy-lot pricing. The upside: you skip the 10–15 minute shuttle ride from the remote lots and move directly from car to terminal doors in under 5 minutes at most times of day.
If you’re dropping off someone with limited mobility, you can use these accessible spots for short stays at the hourly rate while you assist them to the check-in counters inside Terminals A–E. For longer trips, it’s still cheaper than booking separate wheelchair transport from an off-airport lot, especially on stays under 3–4 days.
Practical tip: take a quick photo of your level and row number next to the terminal marker (A, B, C, D, or E) before heading inside; it makes the return walk from baggage claim to your accessible space much easier after a long flight.
