Chase Sapphire Lounge

Opening as a Chase Sapphire lounge in Denver

This Chase Sapphire Lounge is slated to open at Denver International Airport in the main Jeppesen Terminal, adding a true credit card–based option to DEN’s lounge scene. Access ties to eligible Chase Sapphire cards, so Priority Pass alone probably doesn’t get you in without the right plastic. Plan on this being the only Sapphire-branded space at DEN when it launches.

Because it sits in Jeppesen Terminal, you’ll be using it before you split toward A, B, or C concourses on the train. That means it works best with at least a 90-minute buffer before boarding, since you still have to ride the automated people mover out to your gate. The train between Jeppesen and Concourse C takes around 7–8 minutes platform to platform, plus walking time.

Chase Sapphire Lounges in other airports typically run long hours, often from around 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., so expect a similar schedule here once DEN’s version publishes its exact times. If your United or Southwest departure pushes toward the late evening banks after 8:00 p.m., double-check same-day hours in the Chase app before committing to a stop in Jeppesen. DEN security can still queue past 20–30 minutes during the first morning wave and evening rush.

Access rules will follow the standard Chase Sapphire lounge model, which usually means complimentary access for primary Sapphire Reserve cardholders and a set number of free guest entries per year. Chase has been known to charge a per-guest fee in the $27–$75 range once you exceed your quota, depending on the specific program details at launch. Bring the physical card or have the digital card ready in the Chase app to avoid check-in headaches.

Food and drink at other Chase Sapphire Lounges tends to sit a notch above typical US airline clubs, with freshly cooked dishes and a proper bar included in the entry fee instead of per-item charges. At DEN, that likely makes this lounge a stronger value than paying $20–$30 for a single entree and drink at a Jeppesen food court spot like Mesa Verde Grill or Cantina Grill. Figure you’re trading that same spend for a seat, Wi‑Fi, and a couple of rounds.

The main trade-off: once you leave the lounge, you still need 20–30 minutes to clear the train ride, walk, and boarding crush at Concourse B or C. Build your timing backward from the printed boarding time on your United or Southwest pass, not the departure time. Tip: set an alarm for 45 minutes before boarding as your hard cutoff to leave the Sapphire Lounge and head toward your gate.
