T3’s fallback for snacks and reading material is WHSmith.

In Delhi’s Terminal T3, WHSmith is the default stop when you realise Relay is shut or the bookshop near your gate has nothing left. You’ll see branches both landside and airside in T3, stocked with packaged snacks, soft drinks in the usual 300–600 ml sizes, and mass‑market paperbacks that fit easily in an economy seatback pocket.

Pricing runs higher than city shops, but still in the normal airport band: expect to pay around ₹60–₹120 for a basic chocolate bar and ₹50–₹100 for bottled water. Magazines sit closer to ₹150–₹400, and the bestseller paperbacks on the front racks often hit the ₹399–₹599 mark, similar to other major Indian terminals like BOM and BLR.

Landside in T3, WHSmith works well if you’ve arrived early for an international check‑in and want sealed snacks before security queues build. Airside in T3, it’s the quick fix when your gate is a 5–10 minute walk and you don’t have time to hunt for a supermarket‑style shop. Most units trade from early morning to late evening, loosely tracking the big international bank of flights between 04:00 and 01:00.

Selection leans heavily on Indian packaged brands you’ll recognise from city stores, plus a rotating set of English‑language blockbusters and airport‑friendly non‑fiction. Don’t expect niche titles or hardbacks; this is more “pick up a thriller for a 6‑hour DEL–LHR run” than “browse literary fiction for an hour.” For a smoother stop, grab drinks and snacks here first, then head to your T3 gate and only circle back if boarding slips beyond 30 minutes.
