Just past security in Terminal T3, Beer Cafe fills a specific gap: draft beer for flyers who don’t have alcohol access in their lounge. It sits in the higher price tier ($$$) and runs like a standard airside bar, with stools at the counter plus a few tables. Expect TV screens, background music, and a crowd that spikes before late-night international departures after 9pm.

The draw here is the tap list. You’ll see draft options alongside the usual bottled labels like Kingfisher, which is still all you’ll find at many other T3 restaurants. A typical pint runs far above city prices, and reviews call out the markup as “huge but expected inside the airport.” Figure on paying roughly hotel-bar money for each round.

Food is secondary. The menu leans on basic bar snacks: fries, finger food, and a couple of fried sharing plates. Full-meal choices exist but are limited and not the strength here. Treat it as a pre-flight snack stop, not dinner. If you need an actual meal with mains and curries, you’re usually better off at one of the larger T3 restaurants and then circling back for just a pint.

Regulars say they sit directly at the bar counter for quicker pours instead of at the outer tables, especially during those 8pm–1am rush hours when international banks depart.

Watch out for the noise. The bar gets loud when several flights to Europe and Southeast Asia are boarding, and it’s not great if you need to make calls. Most seasoned flyers grab one or two pints, pay up early, and then walk to their gate.
