Einstein Bros. Bagels

Gate-side bagels and coffee in T at Einstein Bros.

Einstein Bros. Bagels sits in Terminal T at Dallas Love Field, post-security, and runs mainly in the early morning through lunchtime when bagel traffic is highest. It’s the predictable stop for a bacon, egg & cheese on a plain or everything bagel and a hot coffee before lining up at gates in the same concourse. Expect standard airport pricing: breakfast sandwiches in the $6–$9 range, drip coffee around $3–$4, and espresso drinks a bit higher.

The menu sticks to the usual Einstein lineup: bagels by the dozen, single bagels with cream cheese, egg sandwiches, turkey or ham lunch sandwiches, plus basic pastries. You’ll see the usual flavors—plain, everything, sesame, asiago—stacked in bins behind the counter, with toasters running nonstop between about 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. If you want something quick, a toasted bagel with schmear is often faster than a made‑to‑order sandwich.

Coffee is standard chain fare: regular drip, a few flavored syrups, and lattes or cappuccinos pulled from an espresso machine behind the register. Lines spike hardest on weekday mornings before the 7:00–9:00 a.m. departures to places like AUS and HOU, and can stretch to 10–15 minutes. After about 11:00 a.m., the pace slows and it’s easier to grab a snack and a bottled drink without a wait.

Seating is limited, so most people carry their bagel and coffee to gate areas nearby, often within a 3–5 minute walk. Portions are predictable across locations, so if you know your usual Einstein order at home, it works the same here. Payment is straightforward: major credit cards, contactless tap, and usually mobile wallet apps like Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Tip: If your flight boards before 7:00 a.m., mobile-order at another terminal restaurant isn’t an option here, so budget an extra 10 minutes in Terminal T to stand in line at Einstein Bros. instead of waiting until final boarding call.
