Nasco Duty Free

T2

T2’s main duty-free stop sits just past security

Nasco Duty Free in Da Nang’s Terminal T2 shows up right after outbound immigration, so you walk through it on the way to international gates. Shelves lean heavily toward liquor, tobacco, skincare, perfume, and standard travel retail souvenirs with “Da Nang” or “Vietnam” on the label. It’s airside, so you need a boarding pass and a T2 departure to access it.

Pricing runs closer to big-hub duty-free than downtown Vietnam: spirits and cosmetics often sit at or slightly below typical European duty-free levels, while snack gifts and small souvenirs can cost more than shops in the city. Stock focuses on global brands rather than niche local products, so expect Johnnie Walker, Hennessy, SK-II, Shiseido, and similar. If you want last-minute fish sauce or local coffee, you’ll usually find packaged versions at the back of the store, not near the front walkway.

Most international flights from T2 leave in the morning and late evening, and Nasco Duty Free tends to mirror that pattern, opening for the first big bank of departures and staying open until the final outbound flights. Staff work in both Vietnamese and basic English, which helps with tax rules and liquids for carry-on. Card payments are accepted in major currencies, and prices typically display both Vietnamese dong and at least one foreign currency, often USD.

Quick tip: if you’re buying larger liquor bottles in T2 for a same-day connection, ask at checkout for proper STEB sealing and make sure your next leg’s airport accepts it; that saves arguments at secondary security checks.
