International Terminal Parking Lot

Short-stay

Five-minute walk to Da Nang T2 check-in, cash-only exit

The International Terminal Parking Lot at Da Nang (T2) sits directly opposite the T2 building, with the walk to check-in signed at under 5 minutes even with bags. It’s a short-stay setup, not a long-term garage, and pricing follows the same time-block system used at T1. If you just want to pull up, park, and walk straight into international departures or arrivals, this is the one.

Rates run on a block model: for standard cars under 9 seats, the first 10-minute block costs 10,000 VND, and each additional 30-minute block is 5,000 VND. That math adds up quickly past a couple of hours, so think of this as “drop-off, pickup, or a same-day trip” parking rather than a place to leave the car for days. The fee table is posted at the entrance barrier and again at the booths.

Payment happens at toll booths at the exit, with license-plate scanning doing the time tracking automatically. As your car rolls up, the screen at the barrier displays the total amount due based on your entry time, down to the last 30-minute block. Important detail: booths here are cash-only in Vietnamese dong; there’s no card terminal and no QR mobile payment option.

Because both T1 and T2 car parks use the same block-based pricing and cash-only booths, there’s no savings trick by trying to park domestic-side and walk or shuttle over. The international lot is directly across from T2, so keeping it simple usually wins. This car park sits on the terminal frontage road, so traffic can bunch up around busy banked departures, especially for mid-morning and late-night international waves.

Tip: hit an ATM in T2 arrivals before you exit the terminal, and keep at least 50,000–100,000 VND in small bills in the car so you’re not that driver digging for change at the barrier.
