Most CUR flyers just mention a generic food court

Most CUR flyers just mention a generic food court, but e Marshe actually sits post-security as a stand-alone local Caribbean option with a $$ price tier. You’ll find it airside after security, in the main departures area for international flights, mixed in with the small cluster of snack counters and bars.

The menu leans Caribbean, and the standout is the fish tacos, usually priced in the mid-range (think casual sit-down, not fast-food cheap, not steakhouse steep). Portions run medium, so plan on an entree per person rather than splitting. Expect standard airport soft drinks and beer by the bottle; nothing too elaborate on cocktails, but enough to kill time before boarding.

Service runs on island time, so budget at least 25–30 minutes from ordering to paying if you’re anywhere near a bank of departures. CUR’s departures zone isn’t huge, so you’ll stay within a 5-minute walk of most gates while you eat, but this still isn’t a sprint-in, sprint-out coffee stop.

If you’re sticking to one item, go for the fish tacos; they’re the safest bet for something that actually feels local. Skip anything that looks like generic frozen bar food, especially deep-fried snacks that have clearly been under a heat lamp. Prices for mains tend to hover in the mid-teens in USD equivalent once you do the ANG conversion.

Tip for CUR first-timers: clear security early, then eat. With only a small food court post-security and limited seating near the generic stands, grabbing a table at e Marshe right after you reach the departures hall beats circling for a spot 20 minutes before boarding.
