Snow Miku Sky Town

Exclusive Snow Miku merch you almost never see outside Sapporo

Snow Miku Sky Town sits airside in the Domestic terminal at New Chitose, and it’s basically the last-stop shop for official Hokkaido-themed Hatsune Miku goods. Think CTS-only designs, seasonal Snow Miku artwork, and CDs you’d usually have to hunt down in Sapporo proper. Prices track other official Vocaloid stores in Japan, so expect standard character-goods pricing rather than bargain-bin finds.

The shop runs during normal terminal hours in Domestic, and it’s easy to burn 30–40 minutes here if you’re a fan. Shelves lean heavily on Snow Miku keychains, acrylic stands, clear files, and snacks branded with Hokkaido imagery. Gacha machines line part of the space, with capsule toys that rotate by event and season, so a February visit looks different from an August one.

Past the front racks, there’s a small exhibition area and dedicated photo spot that a lot of people miss. Look for display panels with past Snow Miku event visuals and a life-size standee you can pose with. It’s not a full museum, but if you follow the back wall you’ll get a quick mini-gallery feel and better photos than just the store entrance selfie.

Watch out for figures: reviewers report limited stock, with popular scales and nendoroids often marked sold out even during peak winter travel. Regulars on Reddit say they budget extra time at CTS to hit Snow Miku Sky Town first, then loop back to normal souvenir shops for Shiroi Koibito and Royce. Tip: if you care about a specific item, go straight here after security instead of stopping for that first coffee.
