Charter buses can stage at Yeager’s Main Terminal curb

Corporate/Charter Pickup at CRW targets non-scheduled flights using the Main Terminal, from small corporate shuttles to 56-seat motorcoaches. Operators coordinate exact pickup times with the airport and your charter carrier so the vehicle can stage at the designated commercial curb instead of mixing with regular private cars.

This option is all curbside at Yeager Airport, with loading directly outside the Main Terminal arrivals area that serves all CRW airlines. Drivers typically get a narrow staging window (often 10–20 minutes), so groups should be ready at the door before the bus or van pulls up, especially for late-night or early-morning movements around 05:00–07:00 and after 22:00.

Corporate/Charter Pickup works well for sports teams, government travel details, and company groups coming in on chartered aircraft parked near the Main Terminal gates. Ground handlers coordinate with security and the charter airline so passengers either walk to the public curb or transfer via airport vehicles before boarding the waiting coach.

There’s no meter or set per-person fare here; pricing comes from your charter bus or van provider and can run from a few hundred dollars for a single 14–24 passenger shuttle to four-figure packages for multiple full-size motorcoaches. Billing runs through your organization, not the airport, so confirm vehicle size, luggage capacity, and overtime rates before locking in the contract.

Corporate/Charter Pickup sits on the public side of the Main Terminal, so there is no TSA checkpoint between baggage claim and the curb. Groups deplane, walk through the single terminal concourse, grab checked bags from the one baggage-claim area, then exit directly to the marked commercial pickup zone where buses and vans line up.

For flight-day execution, have the charter driver track your tail number or charter flight number and plan to arrive 15–20 minutes after scheduled block-in to allow for taxi time and deplaning. Tip: assign one group lead to stand outside Door 1 of the Main Terminal with a phone in hand to talk directly with the driver as the coach approaches the curb.
