Casablanca Aspire Lounge

T1

T1’s “Aspire” lounge is really the Pearl product

This Casablanca Aspire Lounge in Terminal 1 sits airside after security and passport control, and frequent flyers treat it like a standard contract space rather than something special to arrive early for. Access comes via pay-in, Priority Pass, and other bank or airline memberships tied to T1 departures, so check your card benefits before you pay at the door.

You’ll find the lounge on the airside level used for non-Schengen departures from T1, typically serving flights on Royal Air Maroc partners and various non-alliance carriers. It opens roughly three hours before the first T1 departures of the morning and usually closes after the last evening wave, so late-night departures from CMN T1 generally still have access. Expect standard check-in at a small front desk that scans your boarding pass and lounge card or processes a walk-up fee.

Inside, seating runs to simple armchairs and dining tables rather than daybeds or nap pods, and power outlets are scattered but not at every seat. Wi‑Fi is free and typically manages basic email and streaming, which helps during longer layovers of two to three hours. Don’t count on showers; most reports of this Pearl-branded space mention toilets only, so freshen up in the terminal washrooms near your gate if you need more space or better ventilation.

Food follows the contract-lounge playbook, with a self-serve buffet that leans on carbs and hot trays more than fresh items. Expect items like pasta, rice dishes, and a couple of hot Moroccan mains, plus small pastries and bread through most of the day, rather than anything made to order. Drinks usually include canned soft drinks, bottled water, basic spirits, and house wine, but premium labels are rare at this price point, and barista coffee is not part of the setup.

Pricing for walk-up entry tends to track other Aspire-branded lounges, typically in the €30–€40 band depending on the channel you use to book, so holding Priority Pass or a similar card often makes the most sense. Because this is inside T1 only, passengers departing from T2 at CMN cannot realistically use it after check-in; you pass through different security and passport control streams. One practical move: if you have lounge access, clear T1 security at least 75 minutes before boarding so you get a snack, a drink, and a seat before the sometimes crowded gate areas fill up.
