Cups near gate A6 when you just need caffeine

This little Coffee stand sits directly across from gate A6 in Terminal A, post-security, so it works for all A-gate departures at Hollywood Burbank. It’s a basic counter setup: drip coffee, espresso drinks, bottled drinks, and a few grab-and-go snacks. Think quick airport caffeine stop, not a sit-down café. Expect standard airport pricing, roughly $4–$7 for coffee drinks.

Hours track the flight banks out of Terminal A, with the stand usually open from early morning departures around 5:00 a.m. through the last evening flights near 9:00–10:00 p.m. If you have a 6:30 a.m. Southwest or Alaska flight from gates A1–A7, this is often your only nearby option for a hot drink without doubling back toward the main concourse.

Menu basics: drip coffee, Americanos, lattes, cappuccinos, and hot tea, plus canned sodas and bottled water. Expect a limited pastry case with muffins or cookies, not full breakfast plates. If you want something more substantial than a snack, hit one of the larger spots near the main security checkpoint in Terminal A before you head down toward A6.

There’s no seating dedicated to the stand, but the regular gate area benches around A5 and A6 serve the purpose. Lines spike just before banked departures at 7:00–8:00 a.m. and again around 5:00 p.m., and a latte can take 5–10 minutes during those peaks. Tip: if you see two or more people already in line, place your order, then grab a nearby seat so you’re not stuck crowding the small concourse.
