Gate A3 sits directly across from Beverages and Snacks
This walk-up stand sits in Terminal A by gate A3, past security, so you can grab something after clearing the single checkpoint. It’s one of the quicker options in the A concourse, good for a last-minute drink before those short BUR hops to SFO, OAK, or PHX.
Beverages and Snacks focuses on drinks first: bottled water, sodas, canned juices, and usually a basic coffee setup. Pricing runs higher than street level, with bottled water often around airport-standard markups, so expect to pay more than the Starbucks near your office. It’s grab-and-go only, no seating, and you stand in the corridor while you pay.
The food side leans on packaged snacks: chips, candy bars, cookies, and a few grab-pack nuts rather than anything resembling a meal. If you need something more substantial before a longer evening departure, you’ll probably want to hit the larger food options closer to the main A/B split and then swing back here for extra drinks at A3.
The stand usually opens early enough for the first morning departures out of Terminal A and stays open into the early evening bank, but overnight or very late flights can find it shuttered. Card payments are standard; small purchases under $10 sometimes ring through faster via tap-to-pay than chip.
Tip: Hit a restroom or larger food spot before walking all the way down to gate A3; once you’re here, Beverages and Snacks is your last quick stop for drinks in Terminal A.
