JetSet East sits right by Gate 20 in BUF’s main concourse, after security, and opens early at 4:30 a.m. daily. It stays open through the evening rush, closing at 8:00 p.m., so it catches the first Southwest and Delta departures and most of the evening returns. Figure on typical airport pricing: snacks and drinks a couple dollars above street, basic travel gear in the $10–$30 range.

This is a general retail shop, not a full newsstand, but you’ll still find bottled drinks, chips, candy, gum, and a limited rack of magazines and paperbacks near Gate 20. Expect standard phone chargers, Lightning and USB-C cables, earbuds, power banks, and a few under-$20 accessories to rescue dying batteries before boarding. They usually stock travel-size toiletries and over-the-counter meds, so you can grab pain relievers or a toothbrush without leaving the gate area.

Gift-wise, you’ll see Buffalo-branded T‑shirts, hoodies, and caps hanging along the side wall, plus small logo items like keychains and mugs in the $8–$25 band. It’s not the deepest souvenir shop in the airport, but it works for a last-minute Bills shirt or something with a buffalo on it when you’re already queued near Gate 20. Don’t expect duty-free or luxury brands here; think quick, functional buys.

Lines build right before 6:00 a.m. departures, so if you need a charger or meds, stop at JetSet East as soon as you clear security and pass Gate 20 rather than waiting for boarding calls.
