Uber Shuttle at Boston Logan runs set routes from Terminals A, B, C, and E to nearby city spots for under $20 per person. Think of it as a shared, pre-planned ride instead of a private UberX. You choose a route and a time slot in the Uber app, then meet the shuttle at a marked pickup zone outside your terminal.

Trip time varies by route, but most BOS shuttle legs sit in the 20–45 minute range depending on traffic and distance. Because it’s shared, the shuttle may make a few stops on the way into Boston or the suburbs, so don’t plan it like a nonstop car service. Build at least a 30-minute buffer beyond the standard journey estimate if you have a hard check-in time or dinner reservation.

You book Uber Shuttle directly in the standard Uber app you already use to catch UberX or UberXL. Set Boston Logan International Airport as your pickup point, then look for the “Shuttle” option under ride types and pick a specific departure window. Pricing shows upfront per person, almost always under $20, so a group of three can usually move for under $60 total if seats are available.

Pickup points sit in the usual rideshare areas just outside Terminals A, B, C, and E. After booking, the app gives you a lettered zone or door number to stand by, the same way it does for UberX. Leave at least 10–15 minutes to walk from your gate to curbside, especially if you’re coming off a long walk from the far end of B or E.

Because routes and timetables can shift, Uber updates options in real time rather than on fixed printed schedules. One day you might see more early-morning BOS departures before 7:00 a.m., and another day the focus might be late-evening runs after 9:00 p.m. If you land around midnight at Terminal C or E, expect fewer shuttles showing in the app and be ready to pivot to UberX.
