Delta Sky Club

A

Terminal A flyers get Delta’s own Sky Club option

This Delta Sky Club sits airside in Terminal A at Boston Logan, so you need an A-gate boarding pass or to reclear security here after using another terminal. Access follows Delta’s usual rules: same-day Delta or SkyTeam boarding pass plus membership, eligible Amex/ premium card, or SkyTeam Elite Plus on an international ticket. If your flight leaves from B, C, or E, budget at least 20–30 minutes to shuttle or walk, plus another 10–15 minutes to re-clear security on the way back.

Layout and basics you can count on

The club sits in the Terminal A concourse used mainly for Delta departures and is intended as the primary lounge option for those gates. Standard Sky Club expectations apply here: staffed reception desk for access checks, self-serve buffet with hot and cold items, and a staffed bar pouring beer, wine, and spirits with some premium labels at extra charge. Seating usually covers a mix of bar stools, café tables, and armchairs, with power outlets along many of the wall seats and at some counter spots.

Food, drinks, and what you’ll likely pay

Food runs on the typical Sky Club rotation: soups, salads, at least one pasta or rice dish, and snack items during most operating hours. Draft beer and basic house wines are generally included once you’re inside, while top-shelf liquor or upgraded cocktails tend to run in the $5–$15 range per drink depending on brand. Coffee, tea, and soft drinks stay self-serve from machines or fountains throughout the day, useful for early-morning departures out of the A gates.

Hours, crowd patterns, and access rules

Exact hours shift with Delta’s BOS schedule, but the Sky Club usually opens early morning ahead of the first Delta departures and stays open into the evening bank. Entry rules match Delta’s published policy: no walk-up day passes sold at the desk, and access for Amex Platinum and Centurion cardholders only when flying same-day Delta. Guests typically cost extra per person on top of membership or card access, and agents do enforce same-day boarding passes linked to Terminal A flights.

Practical tip for using this Sky Club

If you’re connecting through BOS and thinking about Terminal-hopping, time it: moving from, say, Terminal C to A, going through security, and then back again can eat 45–60 minutes total once you count walking and queues. This club works best if both legs of your trip depart from A, or if you have at least a 2-hour layover that justifies the extra security cycles and corridor walking between terminals.
