Gate-side wraps in Terminal 2

Ten minutes from most international gates in Terminal 2, Wrapafella is the quick grab-and-go wrap counter you spot along the main food court strip. It sits airside after security, so you can walk straight from immigration to the counter without leaving the secure zone. Expect a basic QSR setup: overhead menu boards, a short queue, and mostly handheld items that work fine for boarding lines or tight connections.

Wrapafella leans on stuffed rolls and wraps, with fillings you’d expect at an Indian airport stand: paneer, chicken tikka, and a couple of slightly spicier options. Portions run in the mid-range for BOM T2, typically priced cheaper than a full plated meal at the larger restaurants in the same terminal but higher than a simple snack like samosas or packaged chips from nearby kiosks. You’re not getting chef-y plating here, just foil-wrapped food that travels reasonably well to the gate.

Service speed at Terminal 2’s food court varies by bank of departures, and Wrapafella is no exception. During late-night long-haul waves, queues around 10–15 minutes are normal, while mid-day can drop to a quick 3–5 minutes from order to handoff. Most items are prepped on a hotplate behind the counter, so add another few minutes if you customize fillings or ask for extra grilling.

Seating in T2’s central food court is shared: dozens of tables serve multiple brands, and Wrapafella doesn’t have its own dedicated chairs. That means finding a spot at busy times around midnight departures can take 5–10 minutes of hovering, especially near the kids’ play area in Terminal 2’s main concourse. If your boarding time is close, plan to eat at the gate benches rather than hunt for a table.

One practical tip: order a drink that comes in a sealed bottle or can from Wrapafella or the adjacent beverage counter in T2, so you can carry it through final boarding-pass checks without dealing with open cups while juggling passport, phone, and bag.
