By Gate 1B in Terminal 1, Pizza Hut keeps it simple

Terminal 1 at BOM runs domestic flights, and Pizza Hut sits land-side on this side of the airport, so you can eat here before security if you’re waiting on a late check-in. It’s a standard counter-service setup, not table service, and the line tends to move quickly outside of the 6:00–9:00 a.m. and 6:00–9:00 p.m. waves.

Menu is the usual India Pizza Hut mix: personal pan pizzas, garlic bread, and a few sides in the ₹250–₹500 range depending on toppings and size. Expect the familiar veg heavy lineup you see in Indian outlets, with paneer and corn showing up on several pies, plus a couple of chicken options. No alcohol; drinks are soft drinks and bottled water only.

Portions run small by US standards, so a single personal pan around ₹300 works as a snack, not a full meal before a 2–3 hour hop. If you’re actually hungry before a longer flight, plan on two personal pans or add garlic bread at about ₹150. Kids tend to default to the plain cheese or Margherita, which are made to order and usually come out in 10–15 minutes.

Because this is Terminal 1, you’re mostly looking at IndiGo, Akasa, and other domestic departures, and gate changes are common. Keep an eye on the FIDS screens over the Pizza Hut counter while you wait; you don’t hear every announcement clearly from that corner when the hall is packed. Food packaging is all takeaway-friendly, so you can grab a box and eat near your actual gate.

Tip: lines spike hard when a couple of IndiGo departures at nearby gates board at the same time, so if your flight from Terminal 1 leaves around 7:00–8:00 p.m., order at least 30 minutes before boarding time to avoid missing your group call.
