Paneer wraps and rolls near the T2 food court
Ten minutes’ walk from most international gates in Terminal 2, Paneer on the Go leans into quick North Indian vegetarian snacks built around, obviously, paneer. It sits in the main T2 departures food court after security, so you’re safe to head here even with boarding in 45 minutes.
Most mains sit in the ₹250–₹450 range, cheaper than many sit-down spots in T2. Expect kathi rolls, paneer tikka plates, and combo meals with a drink. It’s a counter-service setup with basic shared seating in the common food court, so think 10–20 minutes total if there’s no queue and 25–30 minutes at peak evening banks.
The paneer tikka roll (around ₹280) and paneer makhani-style wrap skew spicier than generic airport food, which is a plus if you actually like heat. Portions run medium: one roll works as a snack, two if you’re treating it as a full meal on a long-haul out of T2. Ask for less spice if you’re connecting to a very long flight and don’t want heartburn at FL380.
Payment is straightforward: cards, UPI, and cash all work, useful if you’re burning leftover rupees before clearing out of Mumbai. Compared with the big Western chains in the same T2 food court, you get more actual food for the same ₹300–₹400, but drinks (bottled water and soft drinks) are standard airport mark-up around ₹60–₹120.
There’s no real “regulars’ hack” reported yet, but a safe move is grabbing a paneer roll and bottled water here, then coffee from a separate kiosk closer to your gate. One practical tip: lines spike around midnight banks for the Europe and Gulf departures in T2, so if your flight boards after 23:00, eat here by about 22:00 and then head to your gate.
