Near Gate 65 in T2 with pints till late

Irish House sits airside in Terminal 2 at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, a few minutes’ walk from the Gate 65 cluster. It runs well into the late evening, syncing with many international departures out of BOM T2, so you can sit down for a proper drink and meal instead of hovering around the food court.

The menu leans on pub standards: chicken wings, burgers, fries, and a couple of pastas, with mains usually landing in the ₹500–₹900 range. Portions run bigger than most other T2 options, so one main can cover you for a 6–8 hour flight. If you just want a snack, stick to fries or nachos and budget around ₹350–₹500.

Beer is the draw here, with draft and bottled options that typically include Kingfisher and one or two imported labels, plus basic cocktails at roughly ₹700–₹1,000 each. Expect alcohol taxes baked into those numbers; a quick pint and a small plate will still run close to ₹1,200–₹1,500 per person once the check lands. If you have a morning departure before 10:00, don’t count on the bar offering a full alcohol list due to state rules.

Service pace skews to sit-down restaurant speed, not fast food. Build in at least 45 minutes for a burger and a drink, and 60 minutes if your gate is past 70, since that walk in T2 can easily eat 10–15 minutes. Staff usually push set menus or combo deals first; do the math, because a la carte can be cheaper if you only want one drink.

Tip: check your gate on the FIDS near Security Check E in T2 before sitting; if your flight suddenly shifts from the mid-60s to the 80s, Irish House stops making sense and you’ll want something closer to those far-end piers.
