Next to the BOI Main Terminal gates, this is your basics stop
Hudson in the Main Terminal sits airside near the gates, so you can grab last-minute stuff without leaving the secure area. Think classic airport newsstand: snacks, bottled drinks, gum, and magazines lined up right by the boarding areas. Pricing runs higher than town, but standard for BOI, with drinks around a few dollars and candy in the same range.
The shop carries travel-sized toiletries, basic meds, and phone chargers, which helps if TSA just took your toothpaste or your cable died at the gate. Expect the usual national snack brands plus packaged sandwiches and chips for quick carry-on food. Hours generally track the first departures to the last evening flights, so it’s usually open from early morning until after the final Main Terminal bank starts boarding.
Hudson also stocks Boise and Idaho souvenirs: logo T-shirts, mugs, magnets, and local-themed gifts, handy if you forgot to buy something in town. You’ll find paperbacks and puzzle books on the same racks as national newspapers and a few regional titles. Selection isn’t huge, but enough to cover a 1–3 hour flight from BOI without getting bored.
Figure 5–10 minutes to pop in and out, even if there’s a short line at the single checkout. Grab water and snacks here before heading to your gate, since options thin out the closer you get to some of the outlying Main Terminal doors.
