Tennessee Brew Works

0

Local beer fans get a decent lineup at Tennessee Brew Works in BNA’s Main terminal.

This spot pours Tennessee Brew Works’ own beers on tap right in the concourse, so you can sample Nashville-made brews without leaving the airport. Expect pints to land in the $8–$11 range, with a few seasonal options rotating through. It sits post-security in the Main terminal, so you’re fine to head here as soon as you clear TSA instead of waiting near your gate.

The menu leans pub-style, with burgers, sandwiches, and shareable starters built to go with a beer. Figure on $12–$18 for mains and around $8–$10 for appetizers. Portions run airport-standard, not huge, so don’t come starving before a long-haul. Food comes out in about 15–25 minutes during normal flow, so give it at least a 45-minute gate buffer if you want a sit-down meal and a pint.

Beer is the reason to stop here, especially if you want something brewed in Tennessee instead of a generic macro lager. Ask what’s local and fresh on draft that week; staff usually have a couple of solid recommendations in the 5–7% ABV range, with an occasional higher-gravity option closer to 8–9% if you’re parked at BNA for a bit. If you’re not drinking, they still serve soft drinks and basic coffee, but that’s not the strong suit.

Seats fill quickly around peak bank times, especially mid-afternoon and early evening when Southwest and other Main-terminal departures bunch up. If you see more than 6–8 people waiting at the host stand, expect a 20-minute lag before you sit, plus service time. The bar counter is usually faster; solo travelers can often grab one of the 10–12 stools there and order immediately.

Practical tip: check your gate on the app and sit at the bar side facing the monitors, so you can nurse a $9 pint and still catch a last-minute gate change without sprinting blind across the Main terminal.
