Bilbao Airport has a single multi-level terminal handling all domestic and international flights, with arrivals on the lower level and departures and boarding on upper levels. The building includes check-in desks, security, a central boarding area with all gates, and a mix of shops, restaurants, and two Aena VIP lounges serving all airlines.
