Express Lot

Official lot

There is no signed “Express Lot” at Billings Logan

Billings Logan International Airport only lists four public parking options by name: Short-Term, Long-Term, Long-Term Premium, and Economy, plus a separate free cell-phone waiting area east of the terminal off Airport Road. So if you’re searching the map for an official “Express Lot,” you won’t find a dedicated sign or entry lane for it at BIL.

The Short-Term lot sits directly in front of the Main terminal and charges higher hourly rates than the Economy or standard Long-Term options; this is the closest stop-and-go choice if you’re running in for a quick meet-and-greet at baggage claim. For fast terminal access under an hour, Short-Term usually beats looping the terminal road multiple times.

The Long-Term and Long-Term Premium lots sit slightly farther from the Main terminal doors but still within a short walk, with daily rates that undercut Short-Term. Long-Term Premium costs a bit more per day than standard Long-Term, trading a few dollars for parking in rows closer to the main entrance, which helps on early morning departures or winter evenings.

The Economy lot is the budget play, with the lowest daily rate posted on the airport’s parking page and spaces set back farther from the Main terminal. It suits trips of several days or longer, when saving a few dollars per day matters more than shaving a couple of minutes off the walk with luggage.

The free cell-phone waiting lot east of the terminal off Airport Road effectively fills the “express” role for quick pick-ups; locals pull in, wait for the passenger’s text or call, then make the short drive to the curb. One practical move: text your driver as soon as you pass through the single Main terminal baggage claim so they leave the cell lot just as your bag hits the carousel.
