A $$$$

Tucked off the A-gates, this is AUH’s main sit-down pub

By Terminal A standards, Todd English Market and Pub is one of the pricier options, firmly in the $$$ range, but it’s also one of the few full American-style restaurants you can actually sit down in. You’re airside in the new Zayed International Airport terminal, so it works for any A-gate departure without another security check. Layout feels like a hybrid of bar and dining room, so it handles both solo bar bites and longer pre-flight meals.

Menu leans American: think burgers, steaks, flatbreads, and bar snacks, all with Dubai/Abu Dhabi hotel pricing energy. You’re looking at mains in the roughly AED 80–140 band, with starters hovering around the AED 40–60 mark. Portions run on the generous side, so splitting a starter and a main between two light eaters can work if you’re trying not to double-spend after an onboard meal.

Drinks are the other reason people land here. Expect a standard pub setup with draught and bottled beer, mixed drinks, and the usual soft drinks and coffee. Alcohol prices run in the typical airport range, roughly AED 45–65 for a beer and higher for cocktails. If you want a drink in Terminal A without standing in the middle of the concourse, this is one of the few proper bar counters in the terminal.

Service pace varies with the bank of departures off A, but reports suggest a full sit-down meal can run 45–60 minutes from order to bill during busier waves. That’s fine for a long-haul check-in buffer, less fine if your boarding time is under 40 minutes away. Staff are generally good about flagging if the kitchen is backed up, but you still need to watch the clock.

Tip: if your gate is at the farther end of Terminal A, ask your server to bring the bill when your mains hit the table; that 5–10 minute head start often saves a sprint down the pier.
