Gate-side snack run in minutes at Arlanda’s Marketplace

Marketplace sits airside at Stockholm Arlanda, used as the main retail zone for Terminals 4 and 5, so you pass it on most international and domestic departures. Think standard airport convenience store plus some Nordic touches rather than a full grocery run. It’s where you grab last‑minute drinks, basic pharmacy items, and travel snacks without trekking back landside.

Pricing lands in normal big-airport territory: bottled water around 25–30 SEK, soft drinks closer to 30–35 SEK, and basic sandwiches typically above 60 SEK. You’ll also see Swedish candy brands and chocolate bars in the 10–25 SEK range, plus grab‑and‑go pastries depending on the time of day. If you want something more substantial than a kanelbulle, you’re usually better off combining Marketplace drinks with food from a nearby café in T4 or T5.

Marketplace keeps airport hours, opening early for morning banks of departures and staying open into the late evening when long‑haul flights leave T5. Stock leans heavily toward drinks, sweets, nuts, crisps, and simple travel needs like toothbrush kits, adapters, and over‑the‑counter basics. Don’t expect specialist products or fresh hot food; this is a quick in‑and‑out stop when boarding starts in 30 minutes and you still need water and snacks.

Tip: If your gate is in Terminal 5, hit Marketplace first for drinks and candy, then walk to your gate; options thin out noticeably once you push deeper into the 50–69 gate area.
