€25 here buys you a chair in a very small airport
Antwerp International Airport (ANR) is tiny, and Antwerp Lounge is basically the only “lounge” option on site, running daily from 06:00 to 20:00. Anyone used to big-hub contract lounges with buffets and showers is usually better off adjusting expectations or routing via Brussels (BRU) about 45 km away.
Access is simple: show a Priority Pass card or pay the €25 day pass fee at the desk. The lounge sits airside in the small terminal, so you clear security first and then follow signs; the whole building is compact enough that it’s a 2–3 minute walk from check-in to the gate area.
Food and drink are very basic compared with larger lounges: think light snacks and standard soft drinks, closer to what you’d find in a small café than a hub lounge buffet. With a day pass at €25, you’re paying mainly for a quieter space than the public seating and an easier spot to use a laptop for an hour or two.
There are no showers, no nap rooms, and no premium extras you might expect from a big-city lounge; this matches the scale of ANR, which handles only a handful of scheduled flights per day. Seating is limited, so during the morning bank around 06:30–08:30 it can feel like an overflow of the gate area rather than a separate environment.
For short waits under 60 minutes, many passengers just take one of the public seats in the terminal and buy a drink at the regular café instead of using Antwerp Lounge. If you have Priority Pass and like a bit of separation from the main hall, dropping in makes more sense than paying the walk-up price.
Practical tip: if you’re considering the €25 day pass, walk the terminal once first; with only a few gates and a quick security process, you might find the public area perfectly fine for a short ANR departure.
