Croma Zip

T1

T1’s Croma Zip has last-minute chargers and adapters sorted

Right in Ahmedabad’s Terminal T1, Croma Zip works as the “I forgot my cable” stop before security calls you to the gate. Expect the usual Croma mix in a compact footprint: phone chargers, USB-C and Lightning cables, earphones, power banks, travel adapters and a few small gadgets. Prices track regular Croma store tags, so you’re not paying a random airport premium for a basic 20W charger or a simple Type C cable.

The shop sits in the domestic section of T1, useful if you’re flying IndiGo, Akasa or other major Indian carriers using this terminal. Stock leans heavily toward mobile accessories rather than big-ticket items, so don’t expect full-size laptops or TVs. You’ll usually find multiple power bank options on the shelf, from budget units around 1,000–1,500 INR to higher-capacity models that meet airline cabin rules.

Staff generally know which plug or adapter you need for common routes like AMD–DXB or AMD–BOM, and they’ll point you to BIS-approved power banks that clear standard security checks. Card and UPI payments are accepted, which helps if you’re running down remaining rupees before heading out on a domestic leg from T1. Product packaging is sealed retail stock, not generic travel-stand gear.

Practical tip: check your cable and adapter type in your phone’s settings or on the brick before you walk over, then aim to reach Croma Zip in T1 at least 30 minutes before boarding so you still have time to charge up at a gate-side outlet.
