0-minute walk into T1

Keys handed over at the terminal doors, car taken away and parked for you. That’s Valet Parking at Adelaide Airport T1, sitting right at the departures frontage with a literal 0-minute walk to check-in. You pull up, unload bags, sign the paperwork, and walk straight inside.

This is a full-service valet option, not self-park, so factor in the daily rate premium over Long Term and Terminal Car Park. Prices shift with demand and length of stay, but it regularly comes in as the most expensive on-airport parking per 24 hours. You’re paying for door-side drop-off, not a cheaper week-long leave.

Drop-off is right in front of T1, which is Adelaide’s only terminal for all flights. That makes this useful for early-morning departures around 06:00–08:00 when taxis and rideshare can be hit-or-miss. You don’t touch a ticket machine, boom gate, or staircase; staff move the car to the secure valet area behind the terminal precinct.

On return, you land, clear arrivals on the ground floor of T1, then walk a short distance outside to the same valet point where staff bring your car back. In peak late-afternoon bank times (think 16:00–19:00), allow a few extra minutes in case multiple flights arrive together and several cars come out at once.

Tip: Pre-book Valet Parking on the Adelaide Airport site for specific dates; drive-up rates for a 3–5 day trip can sting more than the airfare.
