Showers in a domestic lounge at ADB are the headline here.
Primeclass Lounge sits airside in the Domestic Terminal at Adnan Menderes (ADB), runs 24/7, and caps each visit at 3 hours. That time limit is enforced at check-in, so plan around your boarding time instead of your departure delay fantasies.
Access works via Priority Pass, various bank/credit cards, and walk-up payment; the operator lists it as pay-per-use, though pricing shifts with local partners, so ask at the desk before committing to a 3‑hour clock. Even though the lounge is in Domestic, some cards sold in the International Terminal also mention access here, so check your benefits before you pay cash.
Food is the surprise: regulars rate the hot buffet as better than typical Turkish regional lounges, with several hot dishes out even in off-peak hours and snacks refilled through late-night banks. Expect staples like rice, pasta, and at least one meat option rather than just pastries and chips. If you land hungry from Istanbul, this easily beats buying a 120–150 TRY sandwich landside.
Drinks are self-serve with fridges of soft drinks and water, plus basic tea and coffee machines. Feedback points to alcohol being limited or card-dependent, so do not bank on more than a basic local beer or house wine, and sometimes not even that outside evening waves. Coffee quality matches standard Turkish machine output: fine at 04:30, not worth a detour at noon.
The layout is compact, and that matters: during Istanbul shuttle banks around the top of the hour, the lounge gets cramped and noisy enough that finding two seats together can take 10–15 minutes. If your flight leaves from a nearby gate, it can be faster to stage at the gate until the crowd thins, then duck in for a quick shower and food hit.
Showers are the main differentiator. For a domestic lounge in Turkey, having usable showers with proper doors and decent water pressure is rare. Bring your own flip-flops and small towel just in case stocks run low during overnight banks; you do not want to waste 20 of your 180 minutes waiting on housekeeping.
Tip: If your connection inside ADB is longer than 3 hours, use the lounge in the middle segment of your wait, not at the start; aim to enter roughly 2 hours before boarding so the time cap lines up with your walk to the gate.
