Most people see Nantucket Jet Center only on a charter boarding pass

This is an FBO lounge at Nantucket Memorial Airport (ACK), used by private and charter operators like Tradewind Aviation rather than airlines in Terminal 1. You’re not walking in from the main terminal with a Priority Pass card; access runs through the FBO and the operator you’re flying.

There’s no posted day-pass rate, no airline logo, and no gate number attached, because Nantucket Jet Center handles its own ramp and customer service separate from the commercial side of ACK. Think check-in desk, small seating area, and restrooms tied directly to their own doors out to the aircraft.

Hours aren’t published in the way a standard airport lounge lists 05:00–22:00, but the Jet Center follows the private flight schedule on the field. Early-morning departures and late-summer-evening arrivals both run through here, with staff coordinating directly with flight crews rather than a public departure board.

Food and drink are basic FBO-style rather than a full bar and hot buffet. Expect coffee from a self-serve machine, bottled water, and packaged snacks laid out near the counter, more like a small office pantry than a restaurant with a menu or posted prices per item. If you want a real meal, you’re still heading back toward the single commercial terminal and its café options.

Seating skews functional: standard lounge chairs and small tables positioned near large windows facing the general aviation ramp, with views of Pilatus PC-12s and other light aircraft taxiing past. Power outlets tend to cluster along the walls, so grab a seat against the side if your phone is sitting at 23% before a Tradewind hop.

There’s no shower, no nap room, and no branded premium-cabin perks here; the amenity is time. You show up closer to departure than the TSA lines on the commercial side would ever allow, then walk straight from the lounge to the aircraft door when your crew calls you.

Tip: if you’re connecting between a commercial flight in Terminal 1 and a Tradewind or other charter from Nantucket Jet Center on the same day, budget at least 20–30 minutes to move between the main building and the FBO and to check in again at the Jet Center desk.
