The Ocean Company sits in T1, handy for most holiday flights
This shop is in Terminal T1 at César Manrique-Lanzarote Airport, on the departures side once you clear security. It skews toward beach and ocean-themed gifts, with plenty of Lanzarote-branded items mixed in. Expect mid-range airport pricing rather than souvenir-market bargains, so think a few euros more than town shops for the same style of trinkets.
You’ll walk past The Ocean Company on the way to several T1 Schengen gates, so it works for a last 10-minute browse before boarding. Stock typically includes T-shirts, caps, magnets, keyrings, and small toys, all leaning into sea life and island graphics. If you need a small thank-you gift under €10, this is one of the more obvious stops in the terminal.
Hours track with T1’s first and last departures, roughly 06:00 until the late evening wave. That means you can usually shop here before early Ryanair or easyJet flights and after mid-afternoon resort transfer buses drop everyone at the airport. Card payments, including contactless, are standard; carry a backup card in case your phone wallet misbehaves at the till.
The Ocean Company won’t cover full-duty-free needs, but it does fill a gap if you skipped the resort shops and still want something that actually says “Lanzarote.” If you’re short on time, set yourself a five-minute timer at the entrance and grab one or two items from the front tables instead of wandering the whole store.
