$12 a day gets you the same front-row spot all week
At Abilene Regional (ABI), Long Stay Parking uses the same front-of-terminal lot as short stay, at a flat $12.00 per 24 hours. There’s no separate long-term garage or remote economy field, so a weekend or a full week sits in the same surface spaces right by the Main Terminal curb.
The walk is about 1 minute from most spaces to the Main Terminal doors. No shuttle loop, no extra buffer for bus waits, and no hunting for a distant “long-term” section. You roll your bag across the open-air lot, straight from your car to check-in.
Pricing runs on a simple 0–24 hour cycle: 0–30 minutes is free, then hourly bands climb up to $12 for each 24‑hour period. Leave the car for 3 or 7 days and the math stays the same, just $12 per day with no separate long-term tier kicking in on day three or day five.
All stalls are uncovered surface parking. There’s no shade structure or multi-level deck, so in summer heat or storms you’re exposing the car to the elements while it sits at the same rate as close-in hourly users. If you’re fussy about interiors baking, bring a sunshade and park in a later row to cut door-ding risk.
Oversized vehicles taller than about 10 feet need a plan: ABI tells RV and tractor-trailer drivers to call Airport Operations in advance to sort out where to leave the rig. Lose your paper ticket and the posted charge is a flat $400 lost ticket fee, with up to 10 days to submit your itinerary and ask for an adjustment.
Tip: Take a phone photo of your parked car, row landmark, and paper ticket before you walk that 1 minute to the terminal; it helps with both finding the car and backing up any stay-length dispute later.
