Gate-side clothes stop in Terminal 1

Five minutes from most Terminal 1 gates, Fashion Store is the main spot at Aji Pangeran Tumenggung Pranoto International Airport if you realize your outfit doesn’t match the trip. It sits airside in Terminal 1, after security, so you can swing by without risking check-in lines again.

This is a general fashion shop, not a luxury boutique: think casual tops, basic trousers, scarves, caps, belts, and a few bags. Prices land in typical Indonesian mall territory, not duty free steals, so expect to pay standard Samarinda high-street pricing rather than Jakarta designer levels.

Stock skews toward light clothing that works in East Kalimantan heat: cotton shirts, simple dresses, and sandals. You’ll also find last‑minute basics like socks and underwear, plus simple accessories that can rescue an under-packed carry‑on. Sizing is mostly regional; taller or larger travelers might find limited options.

Figure 10–15 minutes to browse, less if you know you just need a belt or spare T‑shirt. Staff usually handle simple exchanges or size swaps on the spot, but keep your boarding pass and receipt handy in case the system asks for them.

Tip: If your cabin bag is close to the airline’s size or weight limit, wear bulkier new items out of the store instead of trying to squeeze them into your luggage.
