Gate-side gadget stop in Terminal 1

Right in Terminal 1, Electronics Store is one of the few spots at Aji Pangeran Tumenggung Pranoto International Airport focused only on tech. It sits airside after security, so you can walk over from domestic gates without leaving the secure zone. Think last‑minute cables, basic headphones, power banks, and small accessories rather than big-ticket laptops or cameras.

Hours generally follow Terminal 1’s flight bank, opening for early morning departures around 06:00 and staying open through the last evening flights. Prices run higher than Samarinda city shops, especially on brand-name chargers and earbuds, but still in the normal airport mark-up range. If your airline from AAP doesn’t offer seat power at every seat, a power bank here can save you on a 2–3 hour flight.

Stock leans toward universal items: USB-A and USB-C charging cables, travel adapters suited to Indonesian Type C and F sockets, basic Bluetooth earphones, and phone cases for major Android brands that serve routes from Terminal 1. Don’t expect full-service repairs, SIM cards, or contract phones. If you already carry a good charger, skip the branded ones here and just grab a cheaper generic cable.

There are no widely reported issues with returns or warranty, but Indonesian consumer electronics usually come with limited shop-level support only. Keep the small printed receipt with the shop name “Electronics Store – Terminal 1 AAP” for any faults. Tip: test headphones and cables at the counter for at least 30 seconds before you walk back to your gate.
